Rorschach

Okay, so I wasn't gonna do any more fanart, but if I finally found a story so cool that I went to a cinema TWICE than some homage is due I guess. Btw, the second viewing, after reading the graphic novel was a disappointment and disillusionment, followed by a wave of disgust towards everything hollywood. After the first viewing I was mesmerized, but now I know it was the effect of the story of the book, which somehow managed to permeate through the surface of hollywood crap. Having read the book, the secont time around I saw just the crap. Now I see the movie only as an overpriced advert for the book. Okay, I still liked the bit with the Bob Dylan song but that's about it.

Damn, did I just rant about a movie????

Anyway, the picture was done with acrylics on canvas, which was great after all the digital painting I've been doing. I should probably get dirty more often. I only used the comic as reference, no movie freeze frames involved or anything like that. I find this character the most fascinating of all Watchmen.
