Very nice, but can I offer a few details about swords? Kind of a sword nerd here.

The core is really nice, but a few detail about swords :)

Katana are worn (and kept) edge up, to prevent contact between edge and saya (sheath).
This serves the dual purposes of the edge not destroying the saya and contact with the wood not dulling the edge of the blade.
this also allows the "draw-cut" of Iaijutsu fame. The shorter sword (be in Wakizashi or kodachi) is typically worn almost identically, see perhaps this: weaponology.co.uk/wp-content/u…
The great exception is when the samurai is wearing armour and about to go into battle, when is is worn edge down and parallel to the ground, in what is called a tachi mounting. This is strongly associated with cavalry and as mentioned, wearing armour.

The longer sword held by hand and rested against the ground is very nice, but a little oddly proportioned.
The blade appears this, though this could be the angle.
More odd is the length of the blade vs the length of the handle (tsuka). As you can see, the handle is barelylong enough for both of his hands.
A typical katana with the tip on the ground barely makes it to the user's belt in height, and when you want a longer weapon, typically the handle is extended more than or to the exclusion of the blade length. This has to do with both leverage in the cut, and with drawing the blade.

So there are detail about the swords.
Everything else looks awesome though, especially the clothes seem really well done!
